Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is being used in schools, prisons, hospitals, and veterans’ facilities. It is used with people of all ages who want to attain the highest possible level of wellness. It was originally developed by a group of people who lived with mental health difficulties and were searching for ways to resolve their wellness issues. WRAP was their answer, and it can be used by anyone looking to develop a plan to manage a path to wellness.

An action plan or wellness plan is a self-help tool we can help you develop and utilize to better manage symptoms and/or circumstances.

The Network is the only organization in Colorado certified through the Copeland Center to offer facilitator training! We also offer a 6-8 week workshop to help you develop your customized action plan. And coming in 2015 – WRAP Groups! Small supportive groups of peers meeting monthly to help one another continue to use and modify their WRAP.
